The issue really is what is called "Crimes involving moral turpitude", or CIMT. Any conviction under a statute that has a maximum penalty of more than one year imprisonment is a CIMT, and that would make you deportable. 所以如果最高处罚可超过一年，可能被驱逐出境。如幸免这一关，或case dismiss，警察局的记录你可以消掉，可FBI namecheck 是去court拿记录的。所以还是会有。如果你近几年，比如5年，之内申请485，有可能以CIMT，即认为你品行不好，被拒。
