It is not clear when you sublease, have you get agreement from the landlord. Do you check her credit history, do you have deposit hold on your hand.
Any way let her out. Cover your lost then. usually when you do not receive payment by 10 or 15 days, you need to take action to prevent further lose.
If she does not have a contract/lease with the landlord, you may still liable to pay all rent to the landlord if you DO have a written lease. You may sue her and make her credit bad. But if she insist not pay, you may not be able to get any money. If you go to court and win, you can wait, wait until you see her have a house, then ask the court put a lien to the house. She will not be able to sell the house later. If you record the judgement in front, she will never be able to buy a house. If you see she have a Luxury car, your can ask the county serif(police) get the car and sell it to pay you. But if she always live in poor condition, just forget it.
