Help please: Provide car insurance info now or later?

I would like to ask your kind suggestion. I involved a car crash accidence, forgot to bring the car insurance that day, although I told the police I have it whilst I got a ticket without insurance, and have to go court in the near future. Shall I provide my insurance information now to the other side involved this accidence, or just go to court to show it?

By the way, I recieved another tickect with a witness name but she is the driver of the car collided with my car, what does it mean?
