你们不是夫妇, 不会牵连你,只要你能证明你没有参与,他也没有告诉过你,正常情况下你没有理由会知道他的交易行为就可以了. You will be fine as long as you can prove that 1. you have no actual knowledge, and 2. A reasonable person in your position would not have known, i.e. you have no constructive knowledge either.
