请大家给看看,这罚款我是否应该付

从国内来的带朋友坐在车后座上没有系安全带,警察给了罚单,因为是坐我的车,罚单寄给了我家,写的是朋友的名字,可朋友已经回国了,这罚单我需要付吗,不付的话,对我有什么不好吗.谢谢了
