求救 ：欠税及绿卡申请

我本人现在是J1签证，已豁免，本来不用交税，但为了以后方便，还是报了税表，但州税务局处理过程中除了一点问题，要我交税全还要交罚金，为了不出问 题，我交了，但又填表全额退税（按道理应该没问题），现正在处理中。我不久就要申请绿卡，由于有欠税记录，这种情况移民局审批会不会有问题，现焦急万分，请各位经历过的朋友多指点，衷心感谢各位。
