I know I made a really stupid mistake. I suspected that at first, but regarding the money orders, my ONLY info source was the bank and bank staff said very firmly there should be no problems. That's why I think the bank should be responsible--being cheated is my fault but that wouldn't happen if the bank didn't misled me.
