网络购物被骗, 我能拿回我的钱吗?

在一个类似ebay 的网站向一个家伙买东西, 通过credit卡支付给bidpay汇款给他,结果没收到东西,联系也没有消息了. 请问我可以让信用卡公司从bidpay直接退钱给我吗? 但bidpay回复说是我授权给他们汇款给seller, 根据他们的条款, 他们不负责任,所以不能退.
