base on您的描述，您恐怕沒有辦法對Home Depot提出訴訟? 理由很簡單，您如何證明是他們的錯? (事件已經過了三個月，真的很難說服任何人支持這是單純因為工人的錯誤造成您的損失)
基本上這種情況老貓會建議您應該由您的房屋保險來承擔維修的責任
