对方是一辆小卡车，没回头就往右换道。我在他的盲点，躲了一下（不要批判我，这是本能，经历一下就知道了），结果失控，车撞上路边的土坡翻了.

In the USA, this is your fault. You should not drive at the blind spot, and should not avoid the accident. Only the damage can show who‘s at fault.

现在警察报告出来说我全责，但是报告上错误连篇，连现场环境示意图都画错了，并根据一个witness的话判断我全责。

He has a witness, do you have one. You are inside the car, the witness are outside. Whom do you believe?

那个警察是个刚来得new cop, 我现在已经正式写信给他supervisor, 要求澄清

You are not getting anywhere. The Police is doing his work. He doesn’t know you or the other party. He observed the damage of you car and the witness. There is no impact on the other car.

I have to say sorry. You will lose in a court.

The best is, paid all the bill and have your insurance company handle all the work.
