Receipts from Chinese stores are always like this, I mean
without details. I always got the same fellings as
yours, uncomfortableness.

Zhong1 Cao3 Yao4 can not be sold as drugs in US. Chinese
store usually sell them as a kind of food, Bao3 Jian4
Pin3. You shall pay tax for them, just my thought. And
the category of the merchandise has to be printed on the
receipt, according to the law. Basically, you need not
to worry about the sell tax paying to the IRS by store.
