夜惊魂,HOUSE 被车撞,请单身老猫和大家帮忙,在线等

家住HOUSTON

昨晚一美国青年PARTY 后开车撞了我家前门,墙变型,砖裂,屋内都有好多裂缝.下车让我们别报警,看我们在报警,就RUN AWAY, 被911 抓住.现POLICEMAN 给了个ACCIDENT EXCHANGE INFORMATION.但ACCIDENT REPORT 要在15天后得到.我们打算
1.让他AUO INSURANCE COMPANY 赔钱, 因为若用我们自己的HOUSE INSURANCE 的话,有1500 DEDUCTIBLE,而且保费会涨,但在ACCIDENT EXCHANGE INFORMATION的LIABILITY AGENT 一栏上写着NONE,是他没车保险吗?若是没保险,我们该怎么办,去民事诉讼吗?麻烦吗?
2.大家在HOUSTON 有好的房屋修理公司推荐吗?若用我们自己的HOUSE INSURANCE COVER, 大家有社么好经验和主义.我家的保险是HOB,但有DEDUCTIBLE,万不得以,也不想用它.怎么才能减少损失到最小吗?上小额法庭是个好注意吗?
3.大家有处理这种事的经验吗?我们会被叫去上庭作证吗.好象是酒后开车.不知算不算HIT AND RUN AWAY.
4.其他还有社么问题要注意吗?
