请问单身老猫offer问题

Dear 单身老猫,

I just got an email offer. I couldn't understand the following
term very well. Could you explain it? Thanks so much.

Term 1) $ 1215.00 Payable Weekly Salary or $63,180 annual.
($60,000 plus $3,180 for “Consideration” to fully comply with
the Non-Compete/Non-Disclosure Agreement.)
QQ:What's ( fully comply with the Non-Compete/Non-Disclosure
Agreement.)?

When I apply other positions, the employer always askes if I have
(the Non-Compete/Non-Disclosure Agreement) with others.
