I have emailed all the links of Pub 519 and even FIRPTA to the stupid title lawyer and my agent.

I tell my agent to ask buyer to change the title company if the stupid lawyer insist on his mistake.

We FILED 2004 tax in this spring. The thing is they never ask for this copy, all they ask is H1 visa copy. Then they got this conclusion which is not correct.
