here is a actual example. I have a collegaue who bought their house 10 years ago, and have had cable available at the house in the first 9 years. In fact, most of his neighbours also had free cable. About one year ago, cable company found out that, what the cable company did was cut off the free cable, nothing else. The colleague now use dish.
