租房一问

9月中旬搬出一个美国老太婆的5-br house，10月10日一手交房租钥匙一手交deposit全部结清了，她当时也说we have finished。但是她第二天就反悔，要我继续付钱直到有别人租那间房。合同上有两句重要的话：1. Tenant is considered to have moved out only after the day when keys are returned to owner. 2.Tenant agrees to move out of premises only between the months of May through August, included.

请问，我给了她钥匙到底算不算have moved out，我还有没有责任一直付钱到明年5月或直到有别人住进来？
