单身老猫，各位朋友，请问房租房客的问题

我住在老外的APARTMENT， 从APTMENT #1304 租期到一年以后，般到#1405，没签续约的LEASE，付了第一个月的房租，因为不满MANAGEMENT 的一些事情，所以拒付了3个月，现在OFFICE，写信要我般出去，付房钱，或者上法庭解决， 我想问，如果我般走了，拒付房租，会有什么后果，法律上的，会不会有不良记录，会不会影响CREDIT。
