还是 d. Amend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status
3. Form I-129, Part 4, Question 8

a. Ever been given the classification you are now requesting (Yes/No)
b. Even been denied the classification you are now requesting (Yes/NO)
我我是否应该全部留空白， 还是 a 项选 yes， b 项选 no? 如果a 项选 yes， 应该怎样在信里解释呢？

再 Previous Receipt # 一栏内是否应填 labor condition application 的case number?
