财产协议，谁能帮我读一下？

1.I acknowledges my partner's property( I have no contibution for that)
2. I acknowledges my partner's liabilities ( I have no property or debts)
3.We agree to work together to work together to improve the assets and reduce the debt.
4. If in separation, a,My partner keep all his property.b,I am entitled 50% of the increaed equity.c, any other assets acquired by us shall be divided equally
d, any inheritance received by each part should be kept separated.
