车祸加罚单，求助！！

昨天晚上LG开车，我坐副驾驶。在一路口（没有红绿灯）准备左转，和一直行车撞一起。车子完全报废，警察给LG两张罚单，一个是无证驾驶（LG是LEARN PERMIT DIVERLICENCE），一张是说在STOPSIGN没停。无证驾驶我们打算认罪因为我也没驾驶证，可是第2张罚单我们想ARGUE，因为对方的车很快，基本上把我们的车撞的旋转了90度，警察也没有询问也没有目击证人说我们没在STOPSIGN停，我想请问一下高人们的意见！！
