请问这件事有什么后遗症？

2004年开车因为超速了很多（超了40迈），被警察抓，当时开了罚单。上庭后，法官判我500美元罚款加30小时的community service. 整个时间没有arrest（因而没有按指纹和拍照），没有jail time. 据此，请问在签证申请表DS-156上：

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action?

应填 yes or no?

请问这件事有什么后遗症？
