There should be a walk-through for the seller to show the buyer that the house/condo is in acceptable condition. The buyer should sign the agreement only if it is indeed acceptable. Some conditions may be attached in writing to make it a conditional agreement.
What happened to your walk-through? If you signed and agreed to accept the condo, you need then to deal with after-sale customer services. Before-sale customer services have the highest priority. After-sale customer services? Please pick a number and wait in line.
