关于老师对学生的歧视的问题

I am a second year nursing student in a community college. we are taking psychology this year. our psych professor seems kinda psychy, first we thought people who work with psych patients too much, they become wired.

Everytime when we have lecture, we can match most of the signs and symptoms to her persernality. She is around 50 yreas old, had experience after her divorce. she told us that in our class. also she has slurred speech, disorganized, memory lose, which is very much like schizoaffective disorder. She would sometimes make assignment, and next day she would shout at us "Who told you to do this." She would say some student is too stupid to be in the class, and other discrimination stuff to students.

Today, i just found out that the professor was actually diagnosed with Bipolar, and she actually told her students of previous year. also rumors were saying she once went off on her meds and slaped student, some patient, and even another faculty. she did get fired for that, but because her mental disability was protected by American Disability Act, she got her job back.

School try to avoid issue dealing concerning her and her students, everytime when students went to the person in charge, nothing happen to her. We are so stressed, and every body is scared of her, and our other teachers started behaving crazy now, we guess the reason is she. This midterm, our average was a "D". And we all study real hard, because we all know it is so hard to get into nursing program nowadays. Students who normally get "A"s, now bearly make to "C".

Anybody have idea what we can do. Please don't attact students who want to become RN here, please, we get enought stress to deal with.
