Sorry I was not clear enough.

The check has already been cashed, more than two months, and I still have not received
anything.

Called their customer service. They said they only
take new orders. Existing orders have to use email.
Then I emailed, but no response.

This company is very arrogant. I am considering sueing
them in the Small Claims Court. Has anyone done that?

I am so upset with this ...
