老猫兄请进

今天去银行查了,确实有两笔相同数目的款子打入了我的户口. 我想不明白这是怎么回事? 我重新看了一下合同, 里面有这样两个关于终止合同的条款不是很清楚,请不吝赐教.

Termination:

21.We may terminate this agreement for any reason on giving 5 days' written notice of termination to you. If we do so for any reason other than your failure to comply with this agreement, we must pay you that portion of the fees and expenses described in Shcedule B which equals the portion of the Services that was completed to our satisfaction before termination. That Payment discharges us from all liability to you under this agreement.

22. If you fail to comply with this agreement, we may terminate it and pursue other remedies as well.

第21条的意思应该如何理解:
1. 如果雇主在合同期满前解除合同(非本人工作失误或不胜任),应提前5天书面通知,然后多付5天的钱?
2. 如果雇主在合同期满前解除合同(非本人工作失误或不胜任),应提前5天书面通知,然后赔付直到合同期满应发生的费用?

以上的理解,不知道哪一个对?

如果第2种理解是对的, 那么多打的那笔钱就应该是合同剩余部分的费用 (时间差不多). 如果第1种理解是对的,我应该怎么办呢? 还钱,现在没有办法还. 如果去银行借贷或通过信用卡付款,那我就要为他人的工作失误承担不必要的经济损失(借贷利息).

另外还是昨天的问题，如果我不还钱，会有什么样的严重后果？催债公司后续会有什么动作？我会不会承担什么法律责任？对我的信用纪录会有什么影响？

我现在挺生气的，我的那个雇主做事有些绝情，现在事情搞的复杂了。 非常感谢您的意见和帮助。
