如何逃债

本人四年前移民加拿大，去年开始读书， 明年即将毕业。
两年中，我已欠下银行2万多加元，政府2万加元。显然我无力偿还。

明年我打算回国，（但5到10年的将来还是有可能回加拿大）想请问一下，我应该怎么处理我在加拿大的债务才最好。
银行有什么程序来追债吗？

请有过类似经验的人 赐教。
