I posted a post about having second though of purchasng a house, now that the closing date is tomorrow, the first vivi2005's post said the max. liduidation damage is 3%, but the second post said it is upto arbitrator; if so, what is the max.?
I need the answer to determine what to do, please reply and thank you so much.
