请教，代理退票不退钱，还耍赖，怎么办？

曾在Boston一个agency买机票，取消后竟然不退钱. 现正在Michigan起诉该代理，他们回信竟然说全美国除New England地区外只有我一个买过他们的票，以此来证明Michigan与他们没有bussiness contact,就可以dismiss这个case. 附近熟人读未从该agency买过票，不知如何驳倒他们（难道法律上规定只有一个customer就不算有bussiness contact吗？）？
