1. 本人想通过因特网做点无本小生意, 请问一定要去注册登记吗?

2. 看到前面有个贴子说, 需要付STATE TAX QUARTERLY, 是不是说, 不管你是否挣钱, 每个季度都要交这笔钱吗?

3). I know many people doing business online whithout registration with Secretary of State. Is it ok to do this way if people pay the tax over the income they received? For example, many people sell thier stuff in eBay and IRS consider the money taxable in most cases. so it is ok to do business online without registration if you pay the tax you should pay, right?

4): If so, does this rule only apply to US citizens or no restrictions?
