Thank you! We orginally planned to let my hu*****and apply for NIW because he has PhD and has more papers. But recently, one guy in his lab failed in his application for NIW. That guy has more paper published in some better journals and he also got recommedations from several famous professors. So we were afraid that his application may fail and waste several years. It is said that labor certificate is more promising although it takes one extra year. Please give me some suggestion. Thank you! By the way, I'm working in a lab in a university and he is working as post doc.
