关于对方未收到货品的问题，谢谢答复

一个月前在ebay上卖了一个内存条，前几天买方说他没收到。因为他选择没有保险的邮寄方法（另外的一种贵一些有保险的他没选），我无法追查那个邮件。当时他是用email money transfer 的付款方式付的钱。 我告诉他我早已寄出，他就发信告诉我他会从他的银行找到我个人信息（他离我这就二三百公里）还说他的兄弟是我们这警察局的大厨（这句话让我感到十分反感）。我又一次告诉他我真的寄出（如果真是在路上丢掉，我还是第一次遇见）。他就回信让我退钱或重寄一个并又一次说他会找出我的信息和他的兄弟是警察的大厨。我现在需要怎么办，谢谢大家。因为是平信，是无法查询所以我也没有证据给他。欢迎回帖指点一二，多谢。
