2. You can not claim any dependent(even you have chirldren) since you are a non-resident alien for tax purposes, but you can claim you own personal exemption.

Using 1040NR-EZ or 1040NR plus Form 8843 and mark you as "SINGLE" even you are married. Your bank interest is NOT considered taxable income, you are only required to declare U.S. source income.
3. You can apply for your kid for the year 2004 return.
