Need help to file a lawsuit ..

against the garage.

The whole thing is as follows:

I changed all brakes pads for my car on last Saturday. And I drive from San Francisco to LA last Sunday. When I was driving along Cal #1, my right back wheel almost fall off from my car. One of four bolts on that wheel has fallen off the nut and three other were almost fallen off too (at that time, #1 is besides the cliff). I never thought it could be my wheel (since I just changed my brakes in a garage yesterday). So I did not reduce the speed until I reach Pigeon Point Light Station because the noise is way loud. If I drive ten more miles, the whole wheel will fall off and I will be injured or dead.

I want to sue the garage who did the brake change for me. I don't want much money ($100 is Ok), more importantly, I want to give them a lesson to be careful because this could kill people.

How can I file a lawsuit against them?

I am SF.
