thank jellyfish. I know he have been mentally abuse me for a long time. I even can't cry,every time when i am crying he said that i am abusing our son. He also said that because i cry to abuse our son, it's better let our son living a life without his mother. I don't understand actually who abuse whom. he still haven't really beaten me. but his mouth is much more dirty than a toliet.this mentally abuse is not less hurt than physical abuse. i don't know who will belive me ,his english is much better than me. he can tell everyone else that i am abusing him.i am in new mexico state. i want divorce too, but i am afraid of i will end up to have nothing.He is american, i also am afraid of the court will believe him instead of an chinese.
