First of all, a restraining order can protect you. Secondly, it will help you in your divorce. Hu*****and will look bad with a restraining order against him. The Court (USA) doesn't care whether your hu*****and has an affair. However, it does weigh on a person's arrrest record or a restraining order, especially, if you want the custody of your daughter.
