求教：怎么处置入室之人？

我租住在一个三居室的house中的一间房,租住另一间房的是个印度人。此人平时在厨房偷我的食物，我无可奈何（共用一个冰箱）。后来我在卧室装了个监控器，两次拍摄到他进我的房间，翻我的抽屉。我能怎么处置他？
