h1b and Crime

I am going back to beijing to apply HIB , but when I file DS157 I have to check if I have been arrested before. Due to conflicting with my wife I have been arrested and stay in a jail for one night. Since it was not my fault I was just released without seeing the judge. Does it will affect my HIB application. Your help will be apprecited.
