父母都拿外国护照，小孩以后可以拿中国护照吗？

我们在澳洲已经可以拿澳洲护照。但不知道以后有小孩的话，小孩还可以拿中国护照吗？我们的父母都健在，还在中国。

想让小孩以后能自己选择。
