What you guys think?

My marriage was not very stable and because of this, it created opportunity for a guy to step in between me and my wife, and they went too far.....

I found out this and after extreme pain and emotional damage to the family, my wife and I decided to continue, mainly because we have two young kids. The guy who is really a cheater, just played my wife from the very beginning and is now hiding somewhere, and my wife deeply regret for what she has done.

I can't let this guy just walk away like this. He has done tremendous damage to our family. His real intention is to get green card. (He is a illegal alien right now). After he dumped my wife, he seduced another girl who is single and also a US citizen.

I think this kind of human trash needs to be punished. He didn't really love my wife. All he wants is to get permanment residency.

I'm thinking because of his illegal status. I may be able to do something. I want to sue him for sexual harrasment and let the court to send him subpoena. If he dares to show up, INS will investigate him. If he doesn't show up, he will be default to be guilty.

What you guys think of this idea?
