it's very bad situation

if your wife insist she made false claim to prosecuter(which she did), then you will get case dismissed or at least get a lesser charge (felony is BAD if convicted, most likely you will get deported or get jail time), BUT then your wife could have problem of lying to police, made false statement etc, then she will be in trouble. sigh... chinese women should learn law here the first thing they land on usa, call 911 is the last resort only if there's no way out and in immediate danger... anyway, get a good lawyer NOW and good luck!
