Police report 出来了

一切都对我比较有利，只是警察根据证人所说，说“可能但不确定超速”。请问会不会对结果有不好影响？那条路限速35mph, 我只开大概20-25mph, 我的车的ABS, Air Bags也没问题，根本没有超速。

为什么警察到现在还没有明确表示是谁的过失呢？

有谁知道的话，请告诉我，好吗？先谢谢了。。。
