Third, if you can't be his guarder or he can still choose to stay here, please respect his choice and help him to find a psychiatrist or psychologist. There are some of the psychiatrist or psychologists offer sliding fee for low-income clients.
No matter how creazy he is, he still needs your love. Meanwhile, sending him to China might not be a good solution if you can't make choice for him. He will hate you.
