1、Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant are advised that, in addition to the contempt powers of this Court to which the parties are subject and under which they may be punished for violating this restraining order, certain actions in violation of this order may constitute the crime of stalking, a Class C felony, or aggravated stalking, a Class B felony, as set out in sections 13A-6-90 and 13A-6-91 of the Code of Alabama(1975), as amended, and the violating party may be arrested and jailed on a warrant for stalking or aggravated stalking even without the specific order of this Court. Upon conviction for the Class C felony offense of stalking, the convicted party may be punished by imprisonment in the state penientiary for not less than one (1) year and one day nor more than ten years, or fined not more than $5000 or both; upon conviction for the Class B felony offense of aggravated stalking, the convicted party may be punished by imprisonment in the state prnitentiary for not less than two years nor more than twenty years, or fined not more than $10000 or both. Commission of the offense of stalking in knowing and intentional violation if this restraining order constitutes the crime of aggravated stalking.

2. Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant are hereby prohibited and restrained from coming on the premises occupied by the other party.

3. Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant are hereby prohibited and restrained from selling, transferring, mortgaging, damaging, vandalizing, destroyed or harming any automobile, motor vehicle or other pary at any time or any place.
