You were inputted by many wrong information.
1. It is normal if she treated you not as good as other postdoc in your lab. And there is no use to complain to your university because she can just say your work is not as good as others and fire you.
2. If she doesn't like your work, she won't recommend you to other professor. If you were a professor, why will you recommend your student who is not capable enough to other professors? It is not illegal not to recommend students.
3. My suggestion is, work hard to impress her and keep a good relationship with her. If you cannot make her your friend, at least don't make her your enemy.
