I got laid off by my company last Month (06/10/05) and got an offer from a small company (about 18 people). They will tranfer my H1. My last pay Stub is
on 06/10/05 and my old company promise not to invoke my status to INS for 2 months.
How risky is this ? Whst is my best strategy? If the small company file a H1B transfer on my behalf, do they have to include my last pay stub with the filing ? What is the chance to be refused ?
There is another company who wants to give me an offer (50 people), could I apply two H1B transfer from my old company ?
Many Thanks !!
What to do?
