I am a H1 holder, plan to travel to Mexico for fun (1 week or so). My lawyer told me that I dont need to apply for visa in Mexico for entering US since my trip is only for pleasure. Is that true? If I give them back my I-94 when I leave US, when will I get my new I-94? Is it true that I dont need to appply for visa to enter US? Do I still have to apply for Mexico visa? Thanks a lot...I am waiting online for responses
