回复：第一步材料交到什么地方了?办过的人问.

我们已申请到casenumber，是导师和系上支持的,材料由他们递上，头一步是先将材料送到NSF，希望他们能给我出具推荐信,然后可能才递交移民局什么的，按一般经验，收到申请后NSF会给我们一封回信，可是材料已递上去一个多月，没有任何消息，我们也不知道是什么原因，也没法去查，希望你告诉我们，办理这种waiver都需要哪些程序和每一步大概所需时间，我们好把握，因为时间已经非常紧迫。万分感谢！！！
