A physician assistant was laid off for no reason. She is a HIV positive. So, she found a lawyer and went back to her supervisor's office and threatening a lawsuit for discrimination, she got her job back right away. Why not find a lawyer and go to your supervisor together and tell him you will sue him if he doesn't give your job back. You may get your job back right away. Just a suggetion. It is up to you.
