如何对付手机Dealer的欺骗

Dear All,

I signed one year contract with the dealer from thia January.

Acocrding to the contract, I will recieve $200 rebate from T-mobile and $50 dedection in the sixth month statement. But I only received $50 from T-mobile.
I contacted the dealer. They refuse to pay me back.

How can I get my money back?

Any advice will be highly appreciated!
