at this moment, what else do u want them to do, it's impossible for them to credit yr accound immediately just because you told them so, they need a few days to investigate, I don't see anything wrong with their reply at this moment (I'm not saying they didn't make mistakes, but what they're doing right now is very normal, you just have to be patient!)
